Where do you work?
We are based in Wiltz and work across the whole Grand Duchy, in all twelve cantons, with particular proximity in the north of the country.
Do you work with private customers and businesses?
Yes. We support private customers and businesses alike with their electrical, home automation, energy and security installations.
How quickly do you reply to an emergency callout request?
We reply within 24 hours. For an emergency, call us on +352 691 26 14 83: reply within 1 hour.
What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
Tell us the type of project, its address, how far along it is, the date you want and a description of the work. You can attach photographs, plans or any other useful document.
How quickly will I get an answer to my quote request?
We reply within 5 working days. The detailed price depends on the project and most often involves a site visit.
Does a quote request commit me to anything?
No. A quote request is without obligation. You receive a quote priced line by line, which you can discuss line by line.
Can you bring an old installation up to standard?
Yes. We carry out diagnostics, renovations and compliance upgrades of existing electrical installations.
Do you install solar panels and charging points?
Yes. We install photovoltaic panels, storage batteries and charging points for electric vehicles.
Is KNX possible in an existing house?
It depends on the condition of the installation and the functions you want. We survey what exists during the visit and tell you what is feasible.
Can I send photos or plans with my request?
Yes. Our forms accept photos, and you can also write to us on WhatsApp: it greatly speeds up the analysis of the project or the fault.
In which languages can you reply to me?
Our website is available in French, German and English, and we reply in those languages.
